After eight years, LeBron James has decided to move on from the Los Angeles Lakers.
While many expected LeBron James to eventually leave the LA Lakers, it was always thought that it would be when the King retires from the NBA.
Instead, James has announced that at 41 years old, he will begin a new chapter in the league with a team. This decision has sent shockwaves through social media, and even NFL teams are jumping on the opportunity.

Buffalo Bills offer LeBron James to join the NFL
Even after playing 23 seasons and in being in his 40s, James still remains the face of the NBA, there’s no other way to explain it.
After all, a major indication of this is Josh Allen’s team, the Buffalo Bills, posted an edited image of James in their jersey, immediately following his departure from the Lakers.
Of course, it’s not a serious bid or attempt to convince a 41-year-old LeBron to retire from the NBA and join the NFL.
But the ‘never say never’ wording is a clever wordplay as many James fans would remember that the 4x NBA champion used to play football during his high school days.
More NFL teams join the Buffalo Bills to recruit LeBron James
The Bills weren’t the only team to edit James into their jersey. In fact, the viral post started a trend with other NFL teams shortly following it.
Aside from the Bills, the Green Bay Packers, the New York Jets, and the Houston Texans also posted similar graphics on their X handles.
The NFL’s official X handle is cleverly calling it ‘The Decision.’ It is indeed a decision for James, but for his next NBA team, not to join the NFL.
