Jose Mourinho has reacted on Instagram after he was sacked by Tottenham Hotspur on Monday.
He posted on a short clip on Instagram where he was seemingly unhappy with the media who were gathered in front of him.
In the short clip, Mourinho could be heard saying ‘they don’t give me privacy, even my friend Gary (Cotterill – Sky reporter) is disturbing me. That’s my life’.
To the surprise of many, Daniel Levy sacked Mourinho days before their Sunday showdown with Manchester City in the League Cup final.
He had been in charge of Tottenham for 17 months before Daniel Levy decided to pull the plug.
Mourinho was brought to the club to win trophies and secure top-four football, and with the latter looking unlikely, his time at Spurs came to an end.
His last game in charge was Tottenham’s 2-2 draw against Everton – with the North London outfit, once again, letting a lead slip through their hands.
And even though that League Cup final was on the horizon – and a chance for Spurs to win a trophy – Levy clearly felt that the situation was at a point where Mourinho needed to go.
