Sheffield Wednesday striker Lucas Joao scored twice in their victory over Derby County last night.

Sheffield Wednesday boss Jos Luhukay admits that he’s delighted that Lucas Joao is in his squad.
Joao has had to fight hard to win his place in Wednesday’s first-team squad, after being sent out on loan to Blackburn Rovers last term, and then playing a peripheral role earlier this season.
However, Joao has been an important player for Lukukay ever since he took charge, and the Portuguese forward paid his manager’s faith back last night.

Wednesday beat Derby County 2-0, with Joao getting on the scoresheet twice.
And Luhukay only had positive things to say about the striker after the contest.
Wednesday’s win over Derby was Luhukay’s first since he took charge at Hillsborough.
The Owls went into the match as underdogs, but produced a solid performance to take the three points against Gary Rowett’s promotion chasers.
Wednesday are currently in 15th place in the Championship table, with their next match coming against Swansea City in the FA Cup.
