Quoted by the Mirror, Jordon Ibe has thanked former Liverpool staff members Frank McParland and Alex Inglethorpe after he completed a move to Bournemouth.
The winger joined the Cherries this week after they made a £15 million bid for his services. His exit from Anfield has surprised some given he was once touted as the natural, and more talented, successor to Raheem Sterling at the club.

He only spent four years on Merseyside after joining from Wycombe Wanderers in 2012, but naturally has a lot to thank them for given his development in that time.
And speaking about the move, he was keen to thank former Reds duo McParland and Inglethorpe for developing him from the Under 16s.
“I spent five seasons at Liverpool and I enjoyed it thoroughly,” the Mirror quotes him saying.
“I have to thank Frank McParland and Alex Inglethorpe from the youth team – they’ve helped me and developed me from the under-16s to the first team.”

It now remains to be seen how Ibe will develop at Bournemouth having struggled over the last year at Liverpool.
He is likely to be a first team regular at the club, which has brought him in as a replacement for Matt Ritchie following his move to Newcastle United.
And he will be hoping that regular game time for the Cherries can see him hit the heights that many predicted he would at Liverpool.
