The Welsh under-21 starlet has agreed a new deal to keep him at Liverpool.
Brendan Rodgers has not been afraid to give a chance to young players since taking over at Anfield. The likes of Raheem Sterling and Jon Flanagan have proven to be successes when thrust at the deep end.
That has seen him have plenty of the young players train with the Liverpool first-team throughout the campaign. One such player is Jordan Williams. The Welshman, who started his career at Wrexham, has come on leaps and bounds in the past 12 months.
He made his debut for the club in the League Cup clash against Middlesbrough, scoring from the penalty shootout as they went through to the next round of the competition. He was also on the bench for the FA Cup tie against AFC Wimbledon.
The central-midfielder or defender is just 19-years-old, but he has clearly showed signs of promise to Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers, because he has handed him a contract extension.
The Welsh under-21 international took to his Twitter account this afternoon to announce he was signing a new two-and-a-half year deal at the club:
Now he will hope to push on and become a regular member of the Liverpool first-team.
