Thompson left Rangers this summer to join English outfit Blackpool.

Jordan Thompson has said that he learned the most from Lee Wallace and Kenny Miller during his time at Rangers, despite the duo being suspended towards the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
Thompson, 21, left Rangers this summer to join English third-tier outfit Blackpool, and has even since earned his first cap with Northern Ireland’s senior team after an excellent loan spell with St. Mirren.
He opted to leave Rangers after Steven Gerrard decided not to offer the young midfielder a new contract at Ibrox, with the Gers boasting a whole host of options in the middle of the park.
Asked who he learned from most during his time at Rangers, Thompson replied by saying that left-back Wallace and new Livingston player manager Miller taught him well – despite the duo’s controversial suspension.

Wallace and Miller were suspended by The Gers following Rangers’ 4-0 loss to Celtic, which resulted in the duo being heavily involved in a dressing-room spat with previous manager Graeme Murty.
It has tarnished both Miller and Wallace’s spells at Rangers, though the latter remains on the books at Ibrox with a year left to run on his contract, while Miller saw his deal expire before becoming player manager at Livi.
