Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers appear to have a considerable number of midfield options now.

The brilliant form of Glasgow Rangers midfielders Sean Goss and Greg Docherty is only going to make it harder for Jordan Rossiter to make an impression at Ibrox.

Rossiter was brought to Rangers back in 2016, but he has had a limited impact so far.

The former Liverpool man has struggled badly with injury, and has simply not been fit enough to trouble Graeme Murty’s starting line-up.

Rossiter has made just 10 appearances for Rangers across the last two seasons, and his task of breaking back into the Light Blues’ starting line-up only looks harder now.

Goss and Docherty have both made huge impacts since arriving at Rangers in January.

Rangers can also call upon the likes of Graeme Dorrans and Ryan Jack to play in midfield, which leaves Rossiter as fifth choice.

And there is a danger that Rossiter’s time at Rangers could be coming to an end now, before he has ever really stayed fit enough to show what he can do in Glasgow.
