Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers won 4-1 on Sunday in what was Jordan Rossiter’s first start of the season.

Jordan Rossiter has revealed to Rangers TV that he has apologised to his team-mates for his error in Sunday’s win.
Rangers picked up their first away win of the Premiership season by thumping Hamilton 4-1 yesterday.
Ryan Kent opened the scoring for the Gers on 41 minutes, but Steven Boyd levelled up for the hosts with 10 minutes to go, cutting inside Rossiter before smashing past Allan McGregor from outside the box.
It was the 21-year-old’s first start under Gerrard, and Rossiter, who earns £10,000 per week at Ibrox, admits that he said sorry to his team-mates for not doing enough to stop Boyd.
He told Rangers TV: “To be honest I’ve got a long way to go in terms of getting back to fitness. To be fair the lad cut inside me, which I apologised for, but it was just great to be back out there.”
Rossiter, by his own admission, isn’t as sharp as he can be yet, largely because it was his second appearance in what had been another injury-hit season for the ex-Liverpool ace, but hopefully for his sake he can stay fit and get a lengthy run in the side now.
