Rangers landed Glen Kamara ahead of schedule in January.

Rangers picked up another win on Wednesday night, hammering Dundee 4-0 at Ibrox to make it three wins in three games, scoring 14 times without conceding.
The Gers are firing on all cylinders right now, and part of their upturn in form has been the influence of midfielder Glen Kamara.
Kamara has excelled in recent games, providing great control in midfield whilst even dominating the Kilmarnock midfield last week, and he picked up his first goal last night, ironically against his old club.
The Finn has quickly become a fan favourite at Ibrox, having had his pre-contract agreement brought forward to January in a bargain move.
Kamara’s pre-contract agreement came in early January, and it was signed alongside another pre-contract deal in Jordan Jones, the Kilmarnock winger.
You could now forgive Jones for feeling a little envious of Kamara, as the midfielder is making waves in Glasgow whilst Jones is still waiting to join Rangers.

Kilmarnock wouldn’t let Jones go in January, so Rangers have to wait until summer to land the 24-year-old Northern Ireland international for nothing, when Steven Gerrard may have wanted to get him on board now.
Jones could have become an instant Ibrox favourite himself too if his move could have been brought forward, establishing himself as a key part of the side for next season just as Kamara has.
Instead, Jones has to see out the season at Killie before finally heading to Rangers, when Kamara will have a head start on him both with Gerrard and with the Ibrox crowd when they were supposed to arrive together.
