Wolverhampton Wanderers won against Preston North End in the Championship on Sunday afternoon.

Jordan Graham is a very talented and promising young winger, but the Wolverhampton Wanderers man has been severely affected by injuries.
The 22-year-old former Aston Villa prospect has been able to play only a handful of league games for Wolves so far in his career.
The youngster, though, did feature on Sunday afternoon. Graham started for Wolves in the Championship game against Preston North End at home on Sunday afternoon.
Graham played for 64 minutes, as the Wanderers got the better of Preston at Molineux 1-0, thanks to Danny Batth’s goal in the opening minute.

The winger has taken to Twitter to send a heartwarming message after the match.
Graham will hope to feature regularly for Wolves next season and help the Wanderers push for the Championship playoffs.
The 22-year-old may not start the 2017-18 campaign as an automatic starter, but once he gets his rhythm back, then he could prove to be a valuable player for Paul Lambert’s side.
