Aston Villa’s Keinan Davis has caught the eye of Jonathan Kodjia.
Aston Villa star Jonathan Kodjia has told the Daily Star that he is a big fan of teenager Keinan Davis after his goal against Barnsley on Saturday.
Villa travelled to Oakwell on Saturday evening in search of a much-needed three points after two successive 0-0 draws at Villa Park with Brentford and Middlesbrough.
The goals flowed for Villa on Saturday, as Albert Adomah bagged a first half brace, before Keinan Davis scored his first goal for the club in the second half.

Villa saw the game out to claim a 3-0 win, and teenager Davis has been praised by fans for is promising performance leading the line for Villa.
Davis, 19, joined Villa from non-league Biggleswade Town in 2015 after a successful trial, and he has emerged as a young player with potential for Steve Bruce to develop over the coming years.
Formerly with Stevenage, Davis has rebuilt his career, and he has given Villa a boost in attack whilst Jonathan Kodjia has been out injured and returning to action.
Now, Kodjia has offered his view on Davis, telling the Daily Star that he likes the youngster due to his strength, pace and eye for goal.
Kodjia added that Davis is a ‘quiet boy’ but works hard and ‘loves being a professional footballer’, with Villa fans no doubt excited about hearing Davis receive such strong praise from one of their key players.
“I like his football game,” said Kodjia. “He is very, very strong. He has pace. He knows how to score goals. He is a quiet boy in the dressing room and he tries his best every day in training. You can tell he loves being a professional footballer and wants to make it count,” he added.
