Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are said to be attempting to make Norwich City’s Graham Dorrans their ninth summer signing.

Glasgow Rangers first-team coach Jonatan Johansson has kept his cards close to his chest, when asked by the Daily Record, if the Ibrox side have had a bid accepted for Graham Dorrans.

According to reports in the Scottish Sun, Rangers have agreed a £1.5 million fee with Norwich City for the experienced midfielder.

However, Johansson was giving nothing away, when asked if Dorrans signing at Ibrox was imminent.

“I don’t know, you will have to ask the manager about that,” the former Gers striker said.

Dorrans has been one of Rangers’ top targets this summer, with Pedro Caixinha keen to bring the Scot to Glasgow.

Dorrans is believed to be keen on a move to Rangers, and it is thought that a deal is edging closer to completion.

Norwich and Rangers have been haggling over a price for some time, but appear to have finally agreed a fee now.

If Dorrans does move to Rangers he will become Caixinha’s ninth signing of a very busy summer so far.

The Light Blues are next in action later this week, when they face Progres in the second leg of their Europa League qualifying tie.
