Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier have taken their rivalry into a new setting with ALF Reality 3.

The Russian reality show has placed them together in a format similar to The Ultimate Fighter.

And their long-standing feud has already produced tense and humorous moments, with the latest episode delivering another exchange that is going viral.

During a meal on the show, Jones opened up on something Cormier does better than him and immediately set the tone for the exchange.

He said: “Eating food. This is the one thing ‘DC’ is better than me at.”

Cormier responded sharply, referencing a recent moment involving Jones in the TV show.

“Oh, f— off. You just got taken on by a f—— lightweight. Maybe you want to eat more food. You might want to eat more. You got taken on by a lightweight,” the 47-year-old replied.

Jones later doubled down on his initial remark, keeping the tone light despite the back-and-forth, as he added: “Daniel Cormier is one of the best eaters in UFC history.”

The exchange highlighted the balance between humour and rivalry that continues to define their relationship. Even in a different environment, their dynamic remains unchanged.

Later in the episode, Jones attempted to shift the tone of their interaction.

He suggested they should ‘break bread’ together.

Cormier refused the idea, making it clear he intends to keep the rivalry intact.

He said: “No way. You’re gonna line my pockets for the rest of your life,” prompting laughter from Jones.

The current ALF Reality season has shown both tension and humour between them, with clashes, jokes and even moments of support during the competition.
