Will Tanguy Ndombele make his Tottenham Hotspur debut on Saturday?

Joleon Lescott has claimed that Tanguy Ndombele is his signing of the summer as he lauded the Tottenham Hotspur man as a ‘top, top talent’.
The 22-year-old moved to Spurs earlier on in the summer when the North London club paid French outfit Lyon £54 million for his services [BBC Sport].
He has been heavily involved in pre-season for Tottenham and he has put in some strong performances ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
Speaking on The Debate on Sky Sports Football (05/08/2019 10:50 pm), the Tottenham faithful will love Lescott’s comments after he was asked who is the signing if the summer.
“For me, Ndombele at Spurs,” Lescott told Sky Sports Football “I seen him against City last season and I was very impressed. [He’s got] everything.
“Even though Sissoko did very well there last season [in holding midfield], but I think he’s more of a defensive-minded player, he’s not going to be really box-to-box. But for me, he is a top, top player and top talent. And I’m excited to see him in the Premier League.”

It is hard to judge who the signing of the summer is as of yet with the transfer window slamming shut on Thursday evening.
There’s no doubt that Ndombele’s name will be up there in some of the best purchases, but with Spurs still looking to add new faces to their squad, that potentially new player might be the one who is the signing of the summer.
Either way, Ndombele will be preparing for Tottenham’s Premier League opener against newly-promoted Aston Villa on Saturday, where he could be making his debut.
