Some Liverpool fans have mocked Manchester City for their unveiling of Riyad Mahrez.

Manchester City unveiled new signing Riyad Mahrez on a blue carpet on Thursday evening – and some Liverpool fans on Twitter have poked fun at their rivals as a result.
The reigning Premier League champions have strengthened ahead of next season by signing the 27-year-old from Leicester City and have paid a club-record £60million fee in the process, according to BBC Sport.
Mahrez departs the King Power Stadium a Leicester legend after playing a key role in the 2015/16 Premier League title-winning season and the winger will now try to prove himself at one of the English giants.
The Algeria international is a trickster that has an eye for goal and will add even more firepower to Man City’s frighting attack.
He has left the Foxes after scoring 48 goals and supplying 38 assists in 179 appearances.

Some Liverpool supporters have mocked Man City after a video emerged of them showcasing their new signing on a carpet in front of fans at the Etihad Stadium.
The two clubs could be in close competition next season and Jurgen Klopp’s side are viewed as one of the most likely challengers in their defence of the league crown.
