John Terry wants to visit Celtic on a European night

Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic side are next in European action on Thursday, when they take on Valencia.

John Terry has admitted that he now wants to go and visit Celtic Park on a European night.

Terry wasn’t able to experience Parkhead at its most vocal as a player, but now he wants to be in the stands to watch Celtic.

Whether Terry will make the trip to Glasgow remains to be seen, as the opportunity is still potentially there for him.

Celtic have progressed in the Europa League, after making it through a tough group stage campaign.

Celtic managed to claim second spot in their group, ahead of both Red Bull Leipzig and Rosenborg.

Brendan Rodgers’ side’s task of progressing in the next round of the European competition appears to be a tough one though.

Celtic are due to take on Valencia in the Europa League next Thursday, in the first leg of what should be a huge test against Spanish opposition.
