John Terry responded to Jose Mourinho’s Instagram message after Tottenham’s win 2-0 against Aston Villa on Sunday.

Days after crashing out of Europe in spectacular fashion, Spurs recorded a deserved three points at Villa Park.

Under-fire coach, Mourinho wrote on his Instagram post that he is ‘happy to feel my boys are and will always be my boys @Johnterry.26.

The Aston Villa coach responded to his former Chelsea manager and simply stated ‘Always great to see you boss’.

Debriefing the game is going to be a lot easier for Mourinho than it will be for Terry because Villa simply weren’t at the races yesterday.

Even though Spurs had lost to their North London rivals and then endured 120 minutes of torture in Croatia, it was Villa who looked the leggy side and the team struggling for confidence.

The first half an hour wasn’t too pleasant from Spurs, but as soon as they got going after that opening goal, they bossed the game and became better after every pass.

The same cannot be said for Villa, who once again, looked lost without their expert ball-carrier, who could do nothing but watch from the stands as his side crumbled to yet another defeat.
