John Terry has joined the players wishing Tottenham Hotspur Dele Alli well after his injury.

Tottenham announced yesterday that Alli would be out until March with a hamstring injury.

The England international midfielder pulled up during Spurs’ most recent match against Fulham, and had to hobble off the pitch.

Tottenham initially hoped that Alli’s problem wouldn’t be serious, but after scans it was revealed that he will miss a considerable chunk of the campaign.

The news comes as a bitter blow to Spurs at a time when their injury problems seem to be getting worse and worse.

Mauricio Pochettino is already having to deal with Harry Kane on the treatment table, while Heung-Min Son is also unavailable.

And even though Terry’s loyalties lie with Tottenham’s rivals Chelsea, he was one of the players wishing Alli well on Instagram.

Alli said he was gutted about the injury yesterday, and Terry responded with a message saying: ‘Get well soon mate’.
