John Terry has posted on Twitter ‘Luis Diaz is a player’ after Liverpool’s 1-0 win over West Ham United at Anfield.

Liverpool’s new boy, who only arrived in January, is already working his magic on Merseyside and causing havoc against opponents.

Already off the mark, a trophy to his name and now starting games ahead of some senior players.

It has been some start to life for the 25-year-old Colombian from Porto, who probably wouldn’t have joined the club if Tottenham didn’t come knocking during the winter transfer window.

Nonetheless, this is the five-word tweet Chelsea legend Terry posted about Diaz during their win over Champions League-chasing West Ham.

“Luis Diaz is a player,” said Terry

This Diaz signing could be a stroke of genius from Liverpool and one land them multiple trophies this season.

Jurgen Klopp’s side already have one in their cabinet for this campaign – the League Cup and now they’ll be gunning for more.

The Reds are on Manchester City’s regarding the title, still in the FA Cup and flying high in the Champions League.

Either way, Diaz has added much-needed depth and it is now allowing Klopp to change/rotate his forward line.

Just like he did with Mo Salah against the Hammers and keeping the Premier League’s second-highest goalscorer, Diogo Jota on the bench.
