Rangers stars James Tavernier and Alfredo Morelos have starred at Ibrox.

Rangers are training over in Portugal right now, and the Ibrox stars have been watched by John Terry as they ramp up their pre-season preparations.
The Gers have an early start this season, as their Europa League qualification campaign begins next week, so Steven Gerrard is putting his players through their paces.
Intriguingly, Aston Villa coach John Terry has been watching Rangers’ training sessions, learning as part of his UEFA pro license pursuit.
Gerrard’s relationship with Terry no doubt aided the arrangement, though it may also have given Terry a chance to watch some Rangers players in action.
Last month, the Daily Mail reported that Villa wanted James Tavernier, with the Rangers right back on the Villa radar after their promotion to the Premier League.
Tavernier hitting 17 goals and 20 assists was hugely impressive, but teammate Alfredo Morelos managed to beat his 37 goal contributions by smashing 30 goals and 11 assists.

Villa have splashed out on a striker in Wesley Moraes, so a move for Morelos may not be imminent, but the links to Tavernier are interesting given Terry’s presence in Portugal.
Now, Terry has told The Scottish Sun that he has seen plenty of the duo, but feels there would be a major jump from starting for Rangers to starting in the Premier League, but doesn’t see why they can’t make the impact in England that John McGinn has.
“I have seen a bit of them both to be fair. To go in and be first team regulars, there is probably a jump there,” said Terry. “Certainly in the long run, I am sure they could do what John McGinn has done as he cemented his place and showed how good he is. Players now, if you give them opportunities they go and show you how good they are,” he added.
