Nuno Espirito Santo was appointed the Wolverhampton Wanderers manager in the summer of 2017.
Nuno was appointed the Wolves manager in the summer of 2017, while Ruddy made the switch to the Wanderers at the start of the season.
The 31-year-old former Norwich City custodian is enjoying playing under the Portuguese, but he has admitted that the former Valencia and FC Porto boss does lose his temper.
“He’s very relaxed and his demeanour’s very relaxed,” Ruddy told Express & Star about Nuno. “He tells you what he expects and he expects you to produce that.
“He can lose his temper when he needs to, like every manager can, and I think it’s good he keeps you on that borderline in that you’re not too comfortable and you’re never too far ahead of yourselves as well.”
It is quite startling that Ruddy has publicly admitted that Nuno loses his temper with the players.
However, that is expected, especially with the intense pressure that footballers and managers are under these days.
Wolves are going strong in the Championship at the moment and appear set to finish at least in the playoffs this season.
Given the start that the Wanderers have made to the season, one should not be surprised if Nuno’s team actually win the Championship title.
The Wanderers will take on Reading away from home in the Championship on Saturday.
