Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers recently played against Mansfield Town.
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard
Rangers recently played Mansfield of League Two in England in a pre-season friendly.
Radford has revealed that he has spoken to Rangers manager Gerrard about signing players from the Gers.
Radford told Chad.co.uk regarding Gerrard: “We had a good chat afterwards – you never know.
“There are always opportunities for a club like ours to get a little bit of help from clubs higher up the football pyramid.
“We are all part of the football family and Gerrard has named a few of his players he’d like us to have a look at, so we are looking.”

Good decision?
Rangers have quite a big squad, and it is clear that Ibrox manager Gerrard will have to sell a few of them, or at least send them out on loan.
Mansfield are a very ambitious club who finished in the League Two playoffs last season, and John Dempster’s side will be aiming to finish in a similar position again.
It will make sense for some fringe players at Rangers to move to Mansfield and other ambitious clubs in League Two or League One in England in the summer transfer window.
As for Rangers, the Gers will be aiming to challenge bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title next season.
