John Hartson has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Leeds United’s defeat to Newport County at the weekend.

Championship club Leeds suffered a 2-1 loss at the hands of League Two outfit Newport away from home in the third round of the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon.

The Whites took the lead at Rodney Parade after just nine minutes when Gaetano Berardi put them ahead.

An own goal from Conor Shaughnessy saw Newport equalise on 76 minutes, and Shawn McCoulsky made it 2-1 on 89 minutes.

The West Yorkshire outfit ended the game with 10 men due to the sending-off of star attacking midfielder Samuel Saiz in injury minute.

Former Wales international striker Hartson was following the match, and the ex-Arsenal and Celtic man has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the win for Newport against Leeds.
