John Hartson has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Celtic’s win against Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers in the Old Firm derby.

Celtic have got the better of Rangers 2-1 at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon.

The Gers played most of the Old Firm derby with 10 men due to the dismissal of star striker Alfredo Morelos in the 31st minute.

Former Celtic striker Hartson was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.

Hartson has praised the Hoops for the win and has criticised Colombia international striker Morelos for being sent off.

Meanwhile, Tony Watt has praised Celtic winger James Forrest on Twitter following the 27-year-old’s winner against Rangers in the 86th minute.

The 25-year-old forward, now on the books of Scottish Premiership club St Johnstone, was at Glasgow giants Celtic from 2011 until 2014.
