Celtic are running away with the Scottish Premiership title this season.

John Hartson has suggested in The Scottish Sun that Celtic could dominate Scottish football for a decade.

Celtic have the strongest squad in the Scottish Premiership and are also financially superior to the rest of the teams in the division.

The Glasgow giants have won the league for the past five seasons, and they are likely to make it six in a row.

The Bhoys are running away with the Scottish Premiership tittle this season and should wrap it up with a few games to spare.

Former Celtic striker Hartson has suggested that no team in Scotland would be able to compete with the Hoops for the next 10 years.

“It’s up to Celtic how long they dominate Scottish football for,” Hartson wrote in The Scottish Sun. “They are on five in a row right now. Where does that stop?

“Personally, I don’t see anyone getting close for at least a DECADE because the club is being so well run these days.”

Given how Celtic have dominated Scottish football for the past five or six seasons, it is possible that they could continue to crush everyone else for the next few years.

However, it is quite bold of Hartson to predict that no team will get close to the Hoops for at least a decade. With Rangers back in the Scottish Premiership, it is only a matter of time before the Gers start competing with their Old Firm rivals.
