Glasgow Rangers chairman Dave King should declare how much money manger Pedro Caixinha would have to spend in the summer transfer window, suggests John Hartson.

John Hartson has suggested on BT Sport that Rangers chairman Dave King should publicly declare how much money manager Pedro Caixinha would have to spend in the summer transfer window.
Rangers, who won automatic promotion from the Scottish Championship at the end of last season, are set to finish third in the Scottish Premiership table this campaign.
For the Gers to compete for the league title with Old Firm rivals Celtic next season, they would have to sign quality players in the summer transfer window.

Former Celtic striker Hartson has suggested that Rangers chairman King should publicly state how much money manager Caixinha would have to spend in the summer.
“An awful lot of work to be done (at Rangers),” Hartson told BT Sport. “I would like to know exactly how much Caixinha has to spend.
“I would like to see Dave King come out and say ‘this is his transfer kitty’. There’s an awful lot to do there.”
Finishing third in the Scottish Premiership this season would be disappointing for the Rangers fans, but the Ibrox faithful should look at the bigger picture.
Rangers may not be able to win the title next season, but the Gers should be determined to clinch the runners-up spot.
What the Glasgow giants should look to do in 2017-18 is progress and improve on their point-tally and performances of this season.
