Celtic face the daunting task of taking on Barcelona in the Champions League this evening – and former striker John Hartson has taken to Twitter to give them a message of support.
The Bhoys are in high spirits having beaten Rangers 5-1 in the Old Firm derby on Saturday afternoon, but face a completely different challenge as they travel to Catalunya this evening.

Barcelona may have lost to newly-promoted Alaves in La Liga on Saturday, but with top quality players at his disposal, manager Luis Enrique will be expecting a win over the Bhoys.
Brendan Rodgers will be hoping to spring a surprise though, and Celtic have certainly put up a fight against Barcelona in the past, narrowly losing to a last-minute Jordi Alba goal at the Camp Nou back in 2013.
Ahead of tonight’s game, ex-Celtic striker John Hartson has taken to Twitter to offer a message of support to his former club.
Hartson suggested that the Bhoys need to show three things against Barcelona; high concentration, discipline and bravery, but acknowledges that it’s a huge ask for Celtic to get anything out of the game.

Meanwhile, BBC pundit Trevor Sinclair – a long-time Celtic fan – also took to Twitter, stating that he thinks the Bhoys will need to defend much more than they did against Rangers on Saturday.
