John Arne Riise suggests Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel for Liverpool.

Kasper Schmeichel has been linked with Chelsea and AS Roma, but John Arne Riise has stated on social networking site Twitter that he hopes that Liverpool sign the Leicester City goalkeeper in the summer transfer window.
Schmeichel is one of the better goalkeepers in the Premier League and won the league title with Leicester in 2015-16.
The former Leeds United custodian was in superb form for Denmark in their World Cup last-16 tie against Croatia in Russia on Sunday afternoon.

The 31-year-old played brilliantly for the Danes, as the Leicester goalkeeper kept out Luka Modric’s penalty during extra time and also saved two in the shootout.
According to Sky Sports, Chelsea and Roma are interested in Schmeichel, but former Liverpool star Riise hopes that the Reds want the Denmark international goalkeeper in the summer transfer window.

Good signing for Liverpool?
Schmeichel – who earns £80,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – has improved steadily over the years, and although the Denmark international is not among the top tier of goalkeepers, the former Leeds man is at least as good as Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius.
With neither Mignolet nor Karius looking particularly great between the posts, it would not be a bad idea for Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp to make a move for the 31-year-old.
