Aston Villa managed to bring John Terry to Villa Park during the summer transfer window.

Mourinho and Terry still have a good relationship, after working together for years at Chelsea.
And the Portuguese boss became a Villa fan from the moment when Terry signed for the claret and blues in the summer.
“Even when I joined Villa he was the first one to text me and congratulate me,” Terry revealed. “He said he’d be watching the Villa games and that he was a Villa fan.”

Terry has played a key role at Villa since signing, but is currently out injured.
The centre-back was initially expected to miss months of the campaign on the treatment table, but he has worked hard to return sooner than predicted.

Terry is now thought to be close to returning to Villa in the near future, which will be a major boost for Steve Bruce’s side.
The former England international may be 36 now, but his form has been hugely impressive.
Villa are currently in fifth place in the Championship table, with their next match coming against Sheffield United.
