Tottenham star netted a hat-trick for Denmark against Ireland.

Christian Eriksen scored an impressive goal for Denmark at just the right time in their crucial World Cup qualifier against Ireland.
The Tottenham Hotspur attacker struck a first time effort from the edge of the box over Darren Randolph and in off the crossbar to give the visitors a 2-1 lead.
Eriksen wasn’t done yet either. The Dane scored two second half goals to complete his hat-trick and seal qualification to Russia 2018.
Footballer turned pundit Joey Barton took to Twitter to rave about Eriksen’s first goal and his overall contribution.
The goals were further evidence that Eriksen is becoming a man for the big occasion.
His country needed him to deliver and he stepped up when they needed him most.

Just weeks earlier Eriksen had scored a vital goal for Tottenham against Real Madrid at Wembley to cap a 3-1 win.
After a quiet first leg, questions would have been asked of Eriksen’s ability had he gone into hiding for such a crucial game.
His performance was emphatic, and proved that he belongs on the big stage next summer. Tottenham are fortunate to have him in their side.
