Ronald Koeman’s Everton picked up a point against Manchester City in the Premier League on Monday.

Former Newcastle United and Queens Park Rangers midfielder Joey Barton has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the final result between Manchester City and Everton.
City played out a 1-1 draw with Everton at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Monday evening.
Wayne Rooney put the Toffees in the lead in the 35th minute, and Raheem Sterling restored parity for the Citizens on 82 minutes.
Both City and Everton ended the game with 10 men. While the home team had Kyle Walker sent off in the 44th minute, Morgan Schneiderlin was dismissed for Ronald Koeman’s side on 88 minutes.

Former Newcastle and City midfielder Barton was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.
The Englishman has praised Everton for their performance and has hailed manager Ronald Koeman for his post-match interview on Sky Sports.
Barton has also praised City’s response to going behind, while Dietmar Hamann, who played for the Citizens from 2006 until 2009, spoke highly of Everton manager Koeman on Twitter.
