Curtis Woodhouse has praised the agent of Newcastle United forward Joelinton on Twitter.
The former Sheffield United midfielder believes that Joelinton’s agent did an unbelievable job in getting him to Newcastle.
The former Premier League man made the remark while watching the 25-year-old in action for the Magpies against Tottenham Hotspur last night.
Newcastle lost 3-2 to Tottenham at St. James’ Park in the Premier League.
Joelinton is struggling at Newcastle
As you will have gathered, Woodhouse is not a fan of Joelinton.
The Englishman clearly thinks that the 25-year-old is not good enough for Newcastle.
In our view, Woodhouse is right.
The Brazilian has struggled badly at Newcastle since he joined from Hoffenheim in the summer of 2019.
The Premier League club paid £40 million for the 25-year-old.
Joelinton has been played as a striker or out wide at Newcastle so far.
The Brazilian has simply failed to impress.
Joelinton has scored six goals in 77 Premier League appearances for Newcastle so far in his career.
In our view, there is a very good chance that Joelinton may be moved once the new Newcastle owners, PIF, start to build the club.
