Everton goalkeeper Joel Robles says that he wants to remain at the club.

Everton goalkeeper Joel Robles has revealed to The Liverpool Echo that he is currently in negotiations over a new contract.
Robles has been on the books of Everton since the summer of 2013 and has a contract with the Merseyside outfit until June 2018, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
The 26-year-old has made it clear that he wants to remain at Goodison Park, but he has admitted that he does not know what will happen in the summer.
“Yes, I hope so,” Robles told The Liverpool Echo regarding his future at Everton. “I want to play for Everton. My first wish is to play for Everton.
“I have everything clear but I don’t know. I am happy here I think the club is happy but I don’t know in this summer.
“We are talking about [a new deal] but nothing is clear [apart from that] I want to play for Everton.”
Robles is a good goalkeeper and has established himself as the first choice between the posts for Everton this season.
The Spaniard has produced some good performances, but there are better goalkeepers out there.
What if Joe Hart became available in the summer transfer window? Would Everton not want to sign the Manchester City goalkeeper currently on loan at Italian club Torino?
While it is true that Robles is playing well at the moment, one should not be surprised if the Toffees look to move him in the summer if they find someone better.
