Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have taken Joe Worrall on loan from Nottingham Forest, and he has played regularly for Steven Gerrard’s side.

Gerrard has recently suggested that Rangers could be interested in signing Worrall permanently.
However, the centre-back has insisted that he only sees his spell at Ibrox as a temporary move currently.
“It’s obviously nice that the manager says things like that, but I’m on loan from Forest,” he said.
“Forest is my team, they employ me and pay my wages. It’s a loan for me. I’m really enjoying it here, and I thank the gaffer for playing me in the games. I’m here until the end of the season, so hopefully you’ll see a lot more from me and what I can do.”

Worrall has had a mixed start at Rangers so far, with his performances at recently being criticised.
The young defender has shown flashes of quality, but his inexperience has also shown.
Worrall’s future at Forest is currently unclear, even though he is highly regarded at the City Ground.
The 21-year-old is considered one of Forest’s best prospects, but his loan move to Rangers has raised question marks about whether he will be kept around for the long-term.
Worrall could feature for Rangers on Thursday evening, when they take on Spartak Moscow.
