Tottenham Hotspur’s Joe Rodon has told the club’s Twitch channel that Gareth Bale is even better than Harry Kane in a question and answer session yesterday.
Kane and Bale are both modern day Tottenham legends in their own rights, with the pair very different players.
Kane is a more clinical scorer, and also is better with his back to goal than Bale.
But the Welshman is the more speedy of the pair and possesses more dribbling ability.
The duo are unquestionably two of the best talents at Tottenham.
But when asked who the best player that he has ever played with was, Rodon said that he had to pick Bale.
“Harry Kane… nah I’m joking. Harry is up there, but I’m going to go with this man sitting next to me [Gareth]. I promise it’s true,” he said.
Kane has been consistently excellent for Tottenham this season, but it is actually only recently that Bale has really shown his quality again.
Bale has six goals in his last six outings in a Spurs shirt, and there is a feeling he could be vital for Jose Mourinho’s side between now and the end of the campaign.
