West Ham United claimed a massive three points by beating Swansea City 1-0 in the Premier League.
Arthur Masuaku
Joe Hart has told West Ham’s official website that all of the Hammers’ substitutes who came on during their clash with Swansea deserve credit, but Arthur Masuaku changed the game against the Swans.
The Irons seemed to ease some of the pressure on Slaven Bilic’s shoulders by claiming a narrow win over the Swans at the London Stadium to move themselves out of the bottom three.

While it was fellow substitute Diafra Sakho who scored the winner in stoppage-time to take many of the headlines, Hart suggested that Masuaku’s introduction was the catalyst for the change in momentum that led to West Ham bagging the win.
“We didn’t play particularly well, but we fought,” he told the club’s official website.

“The changes were brilliant. Arthur came on and changed the game for us, it was good to have Manuel Lanzini back and you can’t ask for much more than what Diaf gave us.”
The Frenchman’s contribution is the latest sign that he may well be starting to find his feet in the Premier League after a difficult first year where he made just 13 top flight appearances for the club following his £6 million move (via Sky Sports).
Masuaku contributed an assist in the defeat to Tottenham last week and followed that up by setting Sakho’s winner on Saturday after going on a fantastic run and putting in a brilliant ball across the six-yard box.
And while Bilic may not reflect too positively on the Hammers’ start to the season as a whole, Masuaku’s form, coupled with the three points, will surely give him something to smile about during the international break.
