Joe Cole predicts Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur to finish in top four

Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea will finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season, while Arsenal and Manchester United will miss out, predicts Joe Cole.

Joe Cole has predicted to The Sun that Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur will finish in the top four of the Premier League next season.

The former Chelsea and Liverpool star has also predicted Arsenal and Manchester United to miss out on the Champions League places for the second successive season.

The former West Ham United ace has suggested that Manchester City and Liverpool will fight for the Premier League title next season.

Top-Four Battle

City and Liverpool were the two best teams in England last season, and the Citizens and the Reds will once again be fighting for the Premier League title in 2019-20.

Chelsea and Tottenham ended up in the top four last season, and the two London clubs will be confident of doing the same this time around.

United and Arsenal, though, will not be easy pushovers, and the Red Devils and the Gunners will be ready to return to the top four, having made some good additions to their respective squads during the summer transfer window.
