Newcastle United are said to be considering making a move for Bristol City’s Joe Bryan.

Bryan’s natural attacking instincts have made him one of the biggest threats in the Championship, with the left-back continuously charging forward.
And if he was to arrive on Tyneside, then Newcastle would have a double-threat from full-back.
Paul Dummett played at left-back for Newcastle for much of last term, but his strengths lie in defence, rather than going forward.
Bryan is a much more well-rounded full-back, and with Newcastle already having Yedlin, they could cause opposition defences no end of problems.

Yedlin is always overlapping his winger, and with Bryan doing the same on the other side, Benitez’s side could pin opposition sides back.
Newcastle have yet to prove they have the money to bring Bryan in from Bristol City, but if they are able to pull off the transfer, it should be treated as an exciting one by the St. James’ Park crowd.
