Morris was not impressed with the performance of Alli for England against Slovakia at the Wembley Stadium in London on Monday evening.
The 21-year-old midfielder started the World Cup Group F qualifier and played until the third minute of injury time, as the Three Lions won 2-1.
Former Chelsea and Leeds United midfielder Morris, 38, was following the match, and he was not impressed with the performance of Alli.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at the Wembley Stadium in London on Monday evening, hosts England had 46% of the possession, took 23 shots of which 10 were on target, and earned nine corners, according to BBC Sport.
Visitors Slovakia had 54% of the possession, took five shots of which two were on target, and earned one corner, according to BBC Sport.
England are at the top of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification – UEFA Group F with 20 points from eight matches, five points clear of second-placed Slovakia.
