Ivica Olic scored a somewhat controversial goal for Croatia in their friendly against Switzerland
With Croatia trailing 1-0 to Switzerland they sent in a corner which was eventually controlled by Olic’s handled allowing himself time to smash the ball into the net.
Switzerland have since taken the lead again through Josip Drmic’s second goal of the game. Drmic is ironically of Croatian descent.
Ivica Olic has been linked with a move to Stoke City in the summer and has said it would be his preference to move to the Premier League.
“There are many rumours about my future. The press are talking about me moving to United States, to Qatar, but Stoke City remains my first choice,” he revealed.
