West Ham earned a late 2-1 win over West Brom on Tuesday night.

Former West Ham United goalkeeper Jimmy Walker has heaped praise on his former side after they earned a last-gasp 2-1 victory over West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday night.
An Andy Carroll brace gave the Hammers three crucial points against former manager Alan Pardew, but it was not all plain-sailing as West Brom took the lead in the first half through a deflected James McClean strike.

However, the introduction of captain Mark Noble reinvigorated West Ham, and they equalised before the hour mark through a superb Carroll header. The target man then snatched all three points with a classy finish in the 94th minute.
Walker, who played as the Hammers’ reserve goalkeeper for five years between 2004 and 2009, lauded the Hammers’ comeback and told fans he was impressed with the cameo role of 30-year-old skipper Noble.
The 2-1 triumph is David Moyes’ third win in charge at the London Stadium, after beating Chelsea and Stoke City. He has led the east Londoners from the relegation zone into 16th place with a game in hand that could see them rise to 11th.
However, they remain just a point above the relegation zone and face a tough task on Thursday night as they welcome bitter rivals Tottenham to the London Stadium.
