Sheffield Wednesday signed Adam Reach from Middlesbrough in the summer of 2016.

Hasselbaink, who is without a managerial job at the moment, was in charge of QPR from December 2015 until November 2016.
Reach, who is a very versatile footballer who can operate as a left-back or as a left-winger, has been on the books of Wednesday since the summer of 2016 when he joined from Middlesbrough for a transfer fee reported by The Star to be worth £5 million.
Former Leeds and Chelsea striker Hasselbaink has revealed that he wanted Reach at QPR when he was the manager of the London club.
Hasselbaink said about Reach on Sky Sports Football on Friday evening (7:31pm, September 28, 2018) in the build-up to the ongoing Championship match between Wednesday and Leeds: “When I was at QPR, I wanted this player.
“I wanted him because he can play left-back, left-wing, striker, right-wing. He is so versatile, and he is a good kid, and he can score and he can provide.”

Quality footballer
Reach is a very good footballer whose versatility is a boon and who has established himself as an important player for Wednesday.
The 25-year-old has scored one goal and provided two assists in eight Championship appearances for Wednesday so far this season, according to WhoScored.
During the 2017-18 campaign, the former Middlesbrough man scored four goals and provided 11 assists in 45 league starts for the Owls, according to WhoScored.
