Leeds United have invited Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink to observe Marcelo Bielsa’s training sessions at Thorp Arch.

Hasselbaink was invited to watch Leeds train earlier in the season, as he looked to learn from Bielsa.
And the former Leeds striker noticed just how intensely Bielsa’s side train on a day to day basis now.
He said: “I’ve been to Thorp Arch. They train hard. They train really intensely. It’s all with the ball. They have got small little drills. They make it intense. They don’t whistle for free kicks or throw ins. It’s very good to see.”
Leeds’ training sessions certainly seem to be paying off, as they took a huge step closer to promotion this weekend.
Leeds managed to beat Aston Villa 3-2 yesterday, as Bielsa’s side came from behind to take the three points.

Villa had rushed into a 2-0 lead in the first-half, but after the break Leeds showed their fighting spirit.
Jack Clarke and Pontus Jansson got the visitors back into the game, before Kemar Roofe finished excellently to send the travelling support into delirium.
Leeds are now back at the top of the Championship table, at the halfway stage of the season.
