Here is how Tottenham Hotspur’s players rated in their 6-0 FA Cup quarter-final win over Millwall.

Tottenham's Michel Vorm

Tottenham Hotspur made light work of their FA Cup quarter-final opponents Millwall this weekend, even if they did suffer the blow of seeing top-scorer Harry Kane limp off with an ominous injury in the first half.

Here is how the Spurs players performed on the day:

Michel Vorm – Provided with a rare starting berth, Vorm marshalled his back line effectively enough during what turned out to be a quiet challenge for the Dutchman. (6/10)

Millwall's Lee Gregory in action with Tottenham's Eric Dier

Eric Dier – The England man’s importance to Spurs’ way of playing has emerged to be vital, either as a holding midfielder or part of a back three. Dier cruised through the game and showed his ability with distribution on many occasions. (7/10)

Tottenham's Toby Alderweireld in action with Millwall's Lee Gregory

Toby Alderweireld – A characteristically unnerving showing by Aldeweireld, who, despite being up against a poor Millwall attacking force, completed all required tasks professionally. (7/10)

Jan Vertonghen – Alongside compatriot Alderweireld, central defender Vertonghen was dominant over a largely lifeless Millwall attack. The Belgium international will not have experienced too many easier contests. (7/10)

Kieran Trippier – With regular starter Kyle Walker rested, dependable replacement Trippier showed yet again that he is wasted as a long-term second choice. Provided a wonderful pass to assist Son Heung-Min’s second of the game. (8/10)

Ben Davies – With Danny Rose’s recovery from injury taking longer than expected, Davies continued his role as left wing back – and was largely untroubled from a defensive point of view, enabling the Welshman to roam forward as much as possible. (7/10)

Tottenham's Victor Wanyama in action with Millwall's Fred Onyedinma

Victor Wanyama – The tireless Wanyama started well, including a headed effort against the cross bar. Replaced by Moussa Sissoko for the final stages, after almost 80 minutes of a combative display. (7/10)

Harry Winks – The diminutive midfield schemer was outstanding throughout the tie – moving the ball with ease and finding himself unlucky not to get on the score sheet. Winks’ contribution included starting the impressive move that led to Spurs’ fourth goal of the game. The 21-year-old is unfortunate that the obstacle to a regular starting spot is the talented, but currently injured, Mousa Dembele. (8/10)

Tottenham's Son Heung-min celebrates with the match ball at the end of the match

Son Heung-Min – A man-of-the-match worthy display from Son, who scored a deserved hat-trick and assisted two, in addition to an admirable work-rate with plenty of forward runs into threatening areas in the channels. (9/10)

Dele Alli – Another impressive display by Alli, who scored Spurs’ fourth of the encounter and was gifted far too much space by Millwall’s midfield. Withdrawn for the final twenty minutes for front man Vincent Janssen – who bagged a much welcomed goal shortly after entering the game. (8/10)

Tottenham's Christian Eriksen celebrates scoring their first goal with Dele Alli and Harry Winks

Harry Kane – The talismanic front man led the team out as captain, but left the field with an ankle injury within ten minutes. Replaced by the selfless Christian Eriksen (9/10) – who roamed effortlessly around the White Hart Lane turf with archetypal majesty, scoring the game’s opener and assisting
