Jesse Marsch has been addressing the Leeds supporters once again, after speaking well in his first press conference since replacing Marcelo Bielsa.
This time, the American was filmed talking to fans and shareholders at Elland Road, where he discussed an interesting topic.
What’s the story?
Well, the Leeds supporters obviously adore Bielsa, and many disagreed with the decision to sack him.
That has made for a unique situation for Marsch in Yorkshire.
The 48-year-old doesn’t just have to prove himself, but he must also prove that his employers were right to offload one of the most popular figures in the club’s entire history.
However, he seems to be handling the situation very well, and is more than aware of how loved the Argentine is.

Speaking after he was told to expect Bielsa chants at the King Power Stadium, Marsch said: “I just met with some of the (fan) groups, and they said to me ‘we’re going to chant Marcelo’s name against Leicester, and probably at home’, and I said absolutely no problem.
“I want you guys to express your love for what he did.”
That is probably the best answer he could’ve given – make no mistake about it, Marsch has spoken superbly since arriving in England.
Jesse Marsch has handled Leeds situation well
If the former RB Leipzig boss had walked into Elland Road and adopted a mentality of ‘I’m here now, forget about Bielsa’, it wouldn’t have gone down well.
He has played his cards excellently in siding with the fanbase, and even revealed that he advised Victor Orta to keep Bielsa until the end of the season.

That immediately makes the Leeds fans feel as if Marsch is one of them, providing a quick sense of unity between him and the supporters.
It was a very tough job to take for many reasons, although the American jumped his first hurdle in admirable fashion.
