Do Tottenham Hotspur need to sign a replacement for Kyle Walker, who has moved to Manchester City in the summer transfer window?
Walker has left Tottenham for Premier League rivals Manchester City for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £54 million.
The 27-year-old England international is one of the best right-backs in the Premier League, and he had been the first choice at Spurs for a while.
Kieran Trippier was Walker’s deputy for the past two seasons, and although former Tottenham midfielder Jenas, who now works as a pundit for BBC Sport, believes that the 26-year-old ex-Burnley right-back is a good player, he has predicted manager Mauricio Pochettino to bring in a new right-back.

“From the club’s perspective they should trust the manager,” Jenas told The Independent. “He has gone way over and above in terms of being able to earn that trust from the fans. If it was his decision to sell Kyle then I’m sure he has a plan in place.
“He has nurtured Kieran Trippier into a position where he will play a number of games this year, and I’d be surprised if he didn’t bring in someone with more experience to help out.”

Trippier is a good right-back and has proved himself in the Premier League, but one should not forget he has been the second choice at White Hart Lane for the past two seasons.
True, the 26-year-old does have the quality to step up, but it would be a risk for Tottenham if they did not bring in another right-back in the summer transfer window.
