Former Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United midfielder Jermaine Jenas has told BBC Sport that West Ham United are one of the most boring teams to watch in the Premier League.

Jenas, though, has suggested that the Hammers could get the better of Tottenham at the London Stadium in the Premier League this afternoon.

“They are, at the minute, one of the most boring teams to watch in the Premier League, right now, as it stands for me personally,” Jenas told BBC Sport. “I have got a feeling they are going to really turn it tomorrow, West Ham.”

Slaven Bilic applauds his fans at the end of the Premier League match between Burnley and West Ham United at Turf Moor on May 21, 2017 in Burnley, England.

West Ham did not make a good start to the 2017-18 Premier League campaign, but Slaven Bilic’s side seem to have got into some form in recent weeks.

Since the start of the month, the Hammers have won 2-0 against Huddersfield Town in London, drew goalless with West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns, and hammered Bolton Wanderers 3-0 at home (EFL Cup).

Tottenham are a much better team than West Ham are and have some wonderful players, such as Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Harry Kane.

Playing at home, though, will be an advantage for the Hammers, and it should not surprise anyone if they do pick up a point from the London derby this afternoon.
