Tottenham Hotspur made it through in the Champions League, after beating APOEL Nicosia 3-0.

N’Koudou was given a rare start by Mauricio Pochettino yesterday, and managed to score his first goal for Spurs.
However, the French winger did not consistently impress Jenas, as his final ball was poor.

Jenas said, when asked how he would describe N’Koudou’s performance: “Mixed.
“He does have the ability to go by players, but on the whole there are still too many moments where he either runs the ball out of play or doesn’t find the cross, or even see the right pass. It’s a step in the right direction.”
N’Koudou’s goal was Spurs’ third of the night, and it was well crafted, although it went into the back of the night via a major deflection.
Fernando Llorente and Heung-Min Son had scored Tottenham’s first two goals, as Pochettino’s side picked up a 3-0 victory.

Spurs picked up more points than any other side in this season’s Champions League group stage, with their European form very impressive.
Pochettino suggested after the match that N’Koudou still had a future at Spurs, but the winger may be hoping for more game-time now.
Tottenham are next in action at the weekend, when they take on Stoke City at Wembley.
