Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris went through a troublesome patch early on this season.

Lloris came under fire in the first few months of the campaign, as his form dipped after the World Cup.
The French stopper made a number of high profile mistakes, but he has been in excellent form more recently.
And Jenas feels that Pochettino’s desire to have Lloris playing so far off his line is part of the reason why his role at Tottenham is more demanding than many other goalkeepers’.
Jenas said: “Pochettino likes him to be further out than most goalkeepers would be and that makes him make some strange decisions.
“If that’s a one off, that’s fine. But it seemed that Hugo’s mistakes came in bulk over the course of a period of time.

“What we can say though is that he has dug deep and worked hard and he’s a world class goalkeeper. He’s been unbelievable in the last month or so.”
Lloris was once again in fine form last night, as Tottenham progressed to the Champions League knockout stages.
The Lilywhites managed to pick up a 1-1 draw at the Nou Camp, with Lucas Moura scoring a later leveller.
Tottenham will now be playing Champions League football in February, after pulling off a miracle.
Spurs failed to win any of their first three European matches this season, but somehow collected seven points from their last three to make it through.
