Jermaine Beckford has taken to Twitter during Tottenham’s game against Leeds to post an envious tweet.
The ex-Leeds striker bemoaned his former side’s wasteful finishing during the encounter in north London.
Beckford was tweeting after Heung-min Son doubled Tottenham’s advantage against Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
He seems to express jealously and envy at how clinical the £22 million South Korean was against the Whites on Saturday afternoon.
You can see what Beckford tweeted in full below.
In truth, the former Everton striker has a valid argument.
As WhoScored‘s live statistics show, Leeds and Tottenham both had three shots on target at half-time.

The obvious difference at the midway point was that Jose Mourinho’s side put the ball in the net twice from those three efforts.
In Leeds’ case, they were wasteful and went into half-time goalless.
To further emphasise the Yorkshire-based outfit’s wastefulness, Bielsa’s side had 62% of the possession in the first half.

Leeds have more than held their own against one of the Premier League’s most dangerous outfits.
The only difference at half-time was the gulf in individual quality up top.
Having said that, there’s no shame in this. Harry Kane and Son are two of Europe’s best, and most in-form, attackers after all.
